A rare smaller caster,  by William Reynolds, Cork, circa 1750, engraved with the arms of the Cty of Cork.  This caster is 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 4 ounces.  The caster is marked three times with the maker s mark, both on the body of the caster and the removable cover.  The piercing is in excellent condition.

An excellent pair of Britannia Standard George I casters by Thomas Bamford, London, 1721.  These casters are 5 1/2 inches high and the pair weighs 10 ounces.  They are fully marked on the bodies and marked with the makers mark and leopards head erased on the covers.  They are engraved with a very nice period coat of arms.

Pair of magnificent George I octagonal casters, London 1720 by James Smith. These casters are 6 " high and weigh a massive 9 ounces each, probably due to largely cast construction. One of the covers is solid, with only a few small round piercings in the center of each section (for dry mustard). They are engraved with a period coat of arms on the bodies. Marked on the bases; the covers apparently unmarked but original.

Another caster by specialist caster maker Samuel Wood, London, 1751. This caster is 5 1/8 inches tall. The bottom is fully marked and the cover contains the maker's mark. It is un-engraved.

A sterling toast rack by Henry Wilkinson and Company, Sheffield, 1863. It is 8 inches long and is 6 1/2 inches to the top of the handle. It is crested with a bird holding an olive branch and is initialed "TF" on the handle.
