Sugar Nips, Tongs, & Sifters

A silver-gilt sugar sifter in the Bacchanalian pattern by the Lias Brothers, London, 1869.  The pattern on the reverse is completely different from the front, but the bowl does not have the lady's head in headdress as is more common.  This sifter is 6 inches long.  Excellent condition.
