Tea and Coffee Sets

A good assembled tea set all by Hester Bateman, London, 1789 and circa.  The teapot is engraved with a coat of arms, and a crest, the other pieces are engraved with the same crest.  Slight repairs to the bottom of teapot.  Fully marked.  A fine and rare set.

A three piece coffee set, London 1802-07, by Richard Sibley, together with a later American slop bowl. The pot is 9 " high, and all the pieces are engraved with the period armorials of DARLEY. (Family history available.)
