Coffee Pots

A good early George III choclate pot by Whipham and Wright, London, 1763.  This chocolate pot has a pull off finial in order to allow the chocolate to be stirred.  This chocolate pot stands 11 1/4 inches tall and weighs approximately 38 ounces.  It is engraved next to spout with a contemporary coat of arms.

A good George II coffee pot by Arthur Annsley, London, 1760.  This coffee pot is chased with flowers and leaves and is engraved with a crest.  It is marked on the body and lid.  Gross weight of 32 ounces.  Excellent quality and condition.  Note the finely moulded spout.

A George III coffee pot by John Robins, London, 1789.  This coffee pot is 12 inches tall to the top of the finial.  It is 5 inches long and three inches wide.  It is engraved with a period initial which we believe is an F (or possibly a T.)  Excellent condition.
